Happy new year!
The Fading Ways group of labels and the FW Music Store welcomes you to 2009! Kicking off the year with Neil Leyton's Metacognitive Apperceptions album (exclusive to FW Music Store for mailorder and Amie Street for downloads), Fading Ways is hereby proud to announce our release schedule for this year: January brings The Banshee to the FW territories of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via Alive Distribution, the BeNeLux via Sonic RendezVous and the UK via Cargo Records and the FW Music Store. The Banshee's second album consolidates their position as one of Europe's best up-and-coming indie-electro-rock outfits. Banshee tour dates: 05/02 Innsbruck (A) - Bierstindl The rest of the year will see brand new releases from Turku Romantic Movement (FW Finland), Red Orkestra (FW Canada) and Neil Leyton, whose long-in-gestation Elite Nylon project promises to finally see the light of day in September. However, before that, at the end of April, FW Finland is also set to issue the debut 7" single by The Point , a Nicke Andersson / Neil Leyton side project. The single will feature three tracks, "Give it a try", "Party of fools", and the Jook cover "Aggravation Place".
